Shipping policy

Orders typically ship out the next business day via your chosen carrier (USPS or UPS). If the item is a gift, please feel free to add a note to your order to let us know if you would like to include a message or have the item gift wrapped with tissue. 

Orders qualifying for free shipping (orders over $75 shipping within the US) will be shipped via USPS or UPS based on cost and speed of delivery.

You will receive an email after your order is shipped with the tracking info for your package.

All packages are insured for the full value. If your package is not delivered as tracked by the carrier, please reach out to your local carrier first. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us, and we can help file a claim.
