I purchased a gift for a friend and somehow it did not get to my friend. Not sure if it was stolen after being delivered, delivered to the wrong person, etc. When I informed the store they acted so quickly I was so happy. Long story short, this store will do whatever they can to help their customers be satisfied. They are amazing.
