Birthday Club Membership
Our birthday club is getting even better! Moms, Dads & Kids can join. We need names, birthday dates (MM/DD/YY) and a mailing address. At the beginning of your birth month you will get a postcard from us. Bring it in and redeem it for a birthday gift from us and a special treat from a neighboring business!

Loyalty Rewards Program
We pack orders Monday through Saturday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Most orders ship via USPS. Our mail pick up is typically around 2:00 pm. If your order is in before noon it will usually go out same day. Orders that come in after noon will typically go out the following day. Orders after noon on Saturday will ship on Monday.
Once your package is in the shipping carrier hands, we can not guarantee the date of arrival, although typically packages are received within 7 days or less. You will receive a tracking number so that you may see the progress of your package and contact the carrier should the need arise.
We want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are dis-satisfied, please contact us at 616-233-4008 or email@example.com. If you are experiencing a manufacturing defect we will need to determine what is the best course of action. Some defects are handled by manufacturers and others are handled by the retailer. Non-defective products that are being returned need to be new with tags in packaging, be unworn, unstained, free of odor and pet hair and have a receipt and return authorization accompany them. If a product is returned in used condition or without packaging it will incur a 20% restocking fee.
